This collection is designed to be a full of chunky heirlooms you can wear and pass down. Something to make you feel bold, and seen.
At the centre of this piece is a beautiful pale purple boulder opal, with a striking line of orange potch that gives it contrast and character. There are lines you can see in the orange part, and they are just crevices that have formed within the mineral layers - not cracks.
The ring face measures: 25×18mm
The ring band measures 23mm at the widest point, and 10mm underneath at the taper.
Size: US size 8 on the mandrel, fitting like 7.25
Note: This ring band will fit like 7.25 due to the wide band.
All Mahkato Silver pieces are handmade with genuine, solid metals, slowly crafted in Kate’s Sunshine Coast studio, and feature unique hand stamped designs. All stones used are Australian, and cut/polished by local lapidary artists. The Mahkato Silver makers mark stamp is visible on the inside of ring bands, and on the backs of earrings, pendants / other pieces.

Mahkato Silver only uses SOLID opals. The true colour of your opal ring may vary slightly to the photograph. The colour of opals varies greatly with light and shadow. It’s also important to note that they’re a naturally occurring material and might include natural ‘imperfections’.
