This collection features a batch of slowly crafted, unique, chunky jewels! Each piece has been hand sawn and filed, and features epic coloured boulder and pipe opals.
This cuff has a HUGE purple and teal statement boulder opal from Quilpie, QLD. The cuff measures 14cm long (5.5 inches), and has a 3cm gap (1.18 inch). The cuff band is 4.5cm wide (1.7 inches). The metal is sturdy 1.5mm thick sterling silver. This one is for the serious opal collector!
It is not adjustable.
All Mahkato Silver pieces are handmade with genuine .925 Sterling Silver, slowly crafted in Kate’s Sunshine Coast studio, and feature unique hand stamped designs. All stones used are Australian, and cut/polished by local lapidary artists. The Mahkato Silver makers mark stamp is visible on the inside of ring bands, and on the backs of earrings, pendants / other pieces.
*OPALS
Mahkato Silver only uses SOLID opals. The true colour of your opal ring may vary slightly to the photograph. The colour of opals varies greatly with light and shadow. It’s also important to note that they’re a naturally occurring material and might include natural ‘imperfections’.
IMPORTANT: Opal jewellery should be treated with care when worn. It is important to note that they are a natural material and can be subject to cracking if they are knocked against something hard, or dropped.
